This is the best managed Home Depot I have ever been to in USA and Mexico. Francisco helped me get my new Samsung washer and dryer installed and running. Being new in Mexico, he guided me through the whole process for many things I had to purchase for my new home. Thank you Francisco for your help!

A good place, lots of different things for fixing, and repairing at home. One of the biggest marts for home stuff In México city area. Must come whenever required

Very difficult location to enter and to leave. Parking is more limited than others in CDMX. Aisles are very crowded and departments are not logically located. Service in departments is about average. Cashier service is below average. Best suited for customers in immediate area.

Horrible service... I swear if I could give it a negative 5, I would... I spent 10 minutes waiting for an employees help an no one showed...on my exiting I asked for the day shift manager named Brian... he did not show up...
